Every Day, Every Classroom

Only at The Campus will you find vigorous physical education built into the curriculum every day, in every classroom and at no additional cost. The Campus is proud to be the nation’s leader implementing groundbreaking research that links essential movement patterns with enhanced academic development—especially reading and mathematics—as well as social-emotional development.

In simple terms, vigorous and intentional physical education

enhances your child’s academics as much as it strengthens the body.

INFANTS:  Baby Bee Class Twice/Week

Watch out, Baby Bees on the move!  Babies love to explore the world around them.  The curriculum for this age group is focused around creating an environment that is safe and captivating while encouraging uninhibited exploration.  We aim to engage your baby with purposeful play and promote social interaction through developmentally appropriate gross motor play and songs.

TODDLERS: Tumble Bee Class Twice/Week

Ready-Set-Go! This class is designed for older toddlers; those who are walking, running, exploring and ready for a bigger challenge. Your child will be introduced to many new concepts such as circle time, sequencing activities and a group activity in the BIG KID GYM. Social interaction and gross motor play are at the center of our toddler curriculum as children begin to learn more complex physical movement.

EARLY PRESCHOOL: Twice Weekly Tumble Bee Class

This high energy, action packed class is sure to foster healthy independence and confidence. Teachers will work together to introduce key concepts such as taking turns, sharing, listening and following directions. Our carefully designed Tumble Bee activities will capture your child’s imagination while developing gross motor skills and early gymnastics activities to give your little one a physical education foundation.

PRESCHOOL, PRE-K: Twice Weekly Tumble Bee Class

Three year old Tumble Bees are learning how to stay with a group, beginning to understand and follow directions and are developing independence. Our lesson plans will build on those concepts while introducing your child to physical activities that will engage their imagination while developing gross motor strength, coordination and early gymnastics fundamentals.

Four and five year olds are ready to go! Our PreK Tumble Bee class will continue to focus on gross motor development (coordination, strength, spatial awareness and body control) while adding more opportunities for early gymnastics fundamentals. PreK students are beginning to understand multi step instructions and are able to follow directions independently. All of this adds up to increased skill development opportunities still centered on creative lesson plans.
