A Nurturing Place for Developing Minds
We are all born curious. Just watch an infant look around the room; you can almost see the mind developing right in front of you. Inside The Campus Infant Room we have created a safe, warm place for our youngest learners to develop their bodies, minds and personalities. With plenty of soft climbing equipment designed for small bodies, infants are able to develop gross motor skills and coordination. Wooden and soft blocks, stacking rings, a literacy library, musical instruments, a mirror box, finger paint and soft animals fill the room allowing infants to develop object permanence, hand-eye coordination, fine motor skills and language acquisition. All of this in an environment of warm, loving teachers that are in tune with baby’s individual needs.
Consistent Routines
Teachers document each part of your baby’s day from rest times and diaper changes to art activities and gross motor play in a report emailed to you daily. This way your baby’s entire team is on the same page. It is our number one priority to keep both you and baby feeling safe, comfortable and happy each day so we encourage open communication and daily dialogue to communicate any changes or new milestones.
Physical Education Everyday...included in tuition!
Babies love to explore the world around them and our Baby Bees infant gymnastics class is just the ticket. Campus babies travel via our 'baby bus' to the Tumble Bee area of Kids First twice per week for a 30 minute class led by Tumble Bee staff. The curriculum for this age group is focused around creating an environment that is safe and captivating while encouraging uninhibited exploration. We aim to engage your baby with purposeful play and promote social interaction through developmentally appropriate gross motor play and songs.
